A Reviewed Readiness Assessment is a readiness result that an authorised assessor — a distinct identity from whoever prepared the evidence — has reviewed and finalised under controlled competence, conflict-of-interest and separation-of-duties rules. It is delivered as part of an assessed engagement.
Where does a reviewed result sit? Above a self-assessed one, below a certificate. The provenance ladder sets out exactly what each rung means and what it may — and may not — be called. The label is always derived, never typed: a self-assessed or AI outcome can never reach “Reviewed”.
