- The named person responsible for the item, so accountability never falls between teams.
- Type
- What kind of evidence it is — policy, attestation, test result, configuration export — so it can be reasoned about consistently.
- Expiry
- A tracked use-by date, so an item approaching or past its currency is visible before it causes a surprise.
- Framework mapping
- Which requirements the item supports, across the 10-framework catalogue, rather than a file with no home.
- Provenance
